  • Data sourced from Bright MLS. Includes all residential properties in the Cheverly market area.
  • When the same property was listed multiple times by the same agent without a substantive change, those listings are counted as one marketing effort -- not multiple new listings. Days on Market reflects the full accumulated time, not a reset counter.
  • "New listing" date is when the property went Active, not when it appeared as Coming Soon.
  • 3204 Cheverly Hills Ct had three consecutive expired listings under the same agent before Susan Pruden relisted it in March 2026. Its 134 days reflects the final listing period only under the prior agent.
